2. SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of the product / service whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.

4. DELIVERY
The product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order within 3 (three) business days at the latest.

The shipping fee is covered by the SELLER.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product without any justification and without penalty.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to notify the SELLER in writing via e-mail within this period.
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping fee of the product is covered by the SELLER. The product must be unused and in a resalable condition.
After the return process is completed, the product price will be returned to the BUYER within 14 days.
6. SITUATIONS WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT VALID
The following products/services are not subject to the right of withdrawal:
Customized or modified products
Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings, underwear)
Products that may spoil quickly or expire
Used products, products that have lost their originality, products that do not have a label on them, and products with the label rope cut off are definitely not returned.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes that may arise from the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or where the shopping is made are authorized in accordance with the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
8. ENFORCEMENT
The BUYER declares that he / she has read and approved this contract on the website and accepts all conditions by confirming the order.
This contract enters into force upon completion of the order.
