Cancellation Refund Policy
You can send the product you have purchased for return or exchange without damaging the packaging and product integrity, unused and within 14 days from the date of delivery, within the scope of the “Right of Withdrawal without Giving Reason” in the Consumer Law. It is sufficient to pack the product as you received it and in a way that it will not be damaged during the cargo process and send it to us with Yurtiçi Kargo with the sender's payment.
We would like to remind you that the cargo for the products you want to return or exchange is your responsibility until the products reach BEYYA Istanbul. The products requested to be returned or exchanged must be returned as they were sent, without defects and with the original package / accessories. It will be assumed that the products with the product protection tape or product locked label removed / cut off are used and the right of withdrawal has been waived, so it will not be possible to accept the exchange and return. However, for orders that are specially prepared at the request of our customers and cannot be returned, return and exchange cannot be made.
There is absolutely no return process for products that have been used, have lost their originality and do not have a label on them and the label rope has been cut.
